When Time Gets Away
Ok, I apologize for my lack of attention to writing my thoughts of late, but as they say…”I’ve been really really REALLY busy and well time flew by!”
So here is a quick update as to what I’ve been working on:
Websites for partners and clients
I have been working feverishly to get several websites launched. Some are partnerships, some are just friends, and others are just clients. Be sure to check out some (read some as all of them) and let me know what you think.
Real Estate Sites:
This is a site that I am working feverishly on with my good friend Capt. Pete Gauthier. He has created an incredible system (one that me and my partners use in our real estate business) to get you started in wholesaling real estate. The site is not only a storefront for his products but also a link for anyone who wants to hear him speak and keep tabs on where Pete is hiding out. To go with it, we have also created the Wholesaling Made Simple Online Training intro package as a sort of intro to Pete and his methodology in wholesaling.

This is our solution to those who just need a quick website to promote their business at a low fee. It’s also a great way to do A/B testing of sales copy 
Again, this is our site that shares out all the leads we get in through several funnels. Need to find motivated sellers but don’t have a big budget? SSL is the solution.
This is our newest company…so new that as of posting this article there isn’t actually anything there yet. But saying that…it will be awesome when we’re done. EZ Ventures LLC is our newest real estate investing, development, and training business. Our team is very strong with over 20+ years of investing experience. More importantly we have already done numerous deals with others in the pipe line.
Fitness
Ok I’ll be honest…it’s hard to say this, but I have let this slip over the winter (I am only human after all). But saying that I am man enough to admit it and am back on the proverbial horse (or bike in my case).
My personal coach Mark Shields is in the process of launching his newest blog (and its not done…but it’s a work in process). This site will be his personal blog filled with tips and tricks, much like he has shared with you the reader here in the past.
Fun
This is a new local (MD) T-shirt company of my good friend Ernest Freeland’s. He does remote control sailing (yes with little sail boats…although no little cannons, or rams unfortunately) and he saw a need for specialized T-Shirts in his hobby. He has also made an AWESOME t-shirt that is one of my favorites to wear. Life is Simple Tshirt
